Being an at-home mom doesn't mean you have to stay at home every day! Come get support from other moms in your community and have fun, too. Some of our chapter's wonderful activity groups for Moms include: a cooking club, scrapbooking club, book club, walking club - and kids are welcome at all of them! These groups are based on our members' interests; new groups can start up anytime. We also offer playgroups and child-centered activities to help your child meet other children who are being raised at home. Our outings to places like Como Zoo and the Children's Museum, among others, help you to enjoy the opportunities in your community along with new friends and their kids. And our monthly MOMS Night Out and Couples Night gives you a chance to get out of the house without your children (these are our only "moms-only" events each month - although any child is welcome to come to MOMS Night Out if need be, though most moms opt not to bring them; the option is there, though). We get to socialize with each other and have a relaxing, fun evening! Because we know that being an at-home mother today may mean you are making a financial sacrifice, our dues are only $25.00 per year. This fee covers business costs, as well as a monthly newsletter mailed to your home with a fun-filled activities calendar and various articles.
